- Douglas Goodey, became a multi-millionaire by the time he was 60 years old.
- When he reached retirement age of 65, economic changes left him penniless, with $4.5 Million debts, and facing Bankruptcy.
- Between ages 65 - 75, he went on to not only clear that debt, but also to make in excess of $20 Million
- At age 75 he suffered from 6 strokes in 5 months which left doctors believing he would never be able to speak again.
