I Am Awarded “I Cut The Corporate Noose” Award
Dan Reinhold from WAHumor.com awarded me “I Cut The Corporate Noose” Award for August 2006. Well, I have to confess that I went to my readers and subscribers to vote for me. That’s how I won … but that was just a demonstration on how powerful it is have a blog, more powerful, a list.
While I was happy to receive the awad, I was even more surprised when I saw a long cylinder packaging at home. It turns out, I also get a certificate and a brand new neck tie from Dan. Cool … thanks Dan.
And I have to thank my readers and my subscribers for putting me there.
UPDATE: Hey, I didn’t realize it at first … or maybe I didn’t get it. Dan sent me a tie that has been cut into two - see photo carefully. I guess that symbolizes that I “Cut” The Corporate Noose. Duh!! Thanks again Dan … Sorry for being so slow. I will frame the certificate together with the tie.
