Met Jo Han Mok, Brett McFall and Tom Hua at National Achievers’ Congress
My sister happens to be in the logistic team with this year’s National Achiever’s Congress (NAC) here in Malaysia. And they needed somebody to drive the speakers to the airport.
Since I am the guy who works my own hours, and mostly just slack at home, she asked me if I would want to do it. And I just said yes.
Tom Hua, Brett McFall and Jo Han weren’t the only people I met up with. There was also Jim Rohn, Ron Kaufman, Dolf de Roos, Scott Friedman and James Skinner.
What Ezine Publishers and Email Marketers Can Learn From Ron Kaufman
By the way, I have to say that Ron Kaufman’s presentation on Up Your Service is brilliant. What he has is something about customer relationships. It covers from the first interaction, first impressions, expectations and so on, and how you can do better to win more customers.
He also mentioned about the types of customer-business relationships like One Shot Deals, Transaction, Partnership …
When I was sitting in front of the stage watching him do his wild, energetic presentation, all I could think of is email marketing. I see it being applied in email marketing and ezines very clearly.
If you are into email marketing and ezines, then you might want to get his book - Up Your Service. Check it out at Amazon.
Jo Han Mok Knows Me!
This is another thing that happened at the NAC.
I saw that Jo Han Mok was there. So I walked up to him to say hi. I tapped on his shoulder …
“Mr Jo Han …”, as I put out my hand for a hand shake.
“Hey Kidino …”, I was surprised. We’ve never met in person before.
“You know me”
“Of course I know you”, Jo Han replied …
Wow … I am still trying to absorb all that …
By the way, Jo Han is doing his Internet Wealth Code here in Malaysia next month. I’m going. It’s way cheap … just about RM850 (I don’t know if you can still get that price, I think it’s the early bird price). That’s about $240USD. If Jo Han is one of your ‘guy’, then why don’t you come down to Kuala Lumpur for his event. Maybe you can meet me there …
