Tech-Savvy Blogger Wanted! Do You Work For Peanuts?

I have this site that I started a very long time ago. Now, this site is consistently doing 100-200 visitors a day for over 3 years with it’s existing content. It’s about techs and gadget … but something more specific. I want to expand it into a blog … but that’s the thing. I am not very familiar with that topic.

So here I am — looking for a blogger.

I don’t really know whether my offer is too low or too high. I don’t know what’s the rate for this. Never hired a blogger before. But I am willing to pay about $250-$300 USD (not MYR) per month for a part-time blogger. But this blogger has to commit to at least 5 new posts a day. And I will monitor progress and check up on you almost all the time. Every now and then, I will recommend new topics too.

OK … is anybody up for this? Write to me and we can have a chat – kidino[at]moneyclicking[dot]net. Put in the subject line: Blogger Wanted. Oh, you may want to write about yourself too in that email. I may want to know about:

- What have you been up to?
- Your hobby
- Are you tech-savvy?
- Are you familiar with blogging?
- Are you familiar with the Internet?
- Do you have your own blog?
- Where are you geographically?
- And probably other stuffs you’d like to share
- Got Skype? YIM? MSN? Phone number?
- Send me a photo … that’ll be nice …

  1. When you say atleast 5 post a day, that means atleast 150 posts in a month, which for the amount you are offering is way too outrageous. If you want a good writer plus quality content, I would recommend you be more moderate with that policy, and I would be more delighted to take the job if you give a flexible post timetable.

    For example.
    Monday = 3 posts.
    Tuesday = 5 posts.
    Wednesday = 3 posts.
    Thursday = 2 posts.
    Friday = 2 posts.
    Saturday = 1 posts.
    Sunday = 1 post.

    Agree to Pay on a weekly basis, so it would be thrice a month, which implies = $100 dollars x 3 = 300USD.

    If you are comfortable with this offer, contact me, and I would show you a sample of my writeup’s in regards.

    Thanks for the attention.

  3. Hi Kidino,

    Found this through LiewCF.

    This is indeed quite a good offer. But what kind of technical posts do you need everyday?
    Are these original articles or can it include news from around?

  4. Kidino

    Hi Ajay, I was thinking that maybe we can have at least one original post a week. And the rest can be excerpts with opinion from other feeds.
