It comes down to believing what you can do and then just do it! For me I gave up a major bad habit, and I think back on the reasons why I did I know that from that the day I could handle anything thrown my way. 3 years ago I didn't even know how to turn a computer on , today I cause my friends eyes to glaze over when I talk about what I do with having a web site and what it takes to do that. It takes believing in oneself, I tell myself everyday I did the right thing 3 years ago and I can handle anything thrown at me.
